This short collection of poems was inspired by when I attempted to walk St Cuthbert’s Way, the long-distance footpath which follows the border between Scotland and Northumberland. Interrupted by the COVID pandemic, and plagued by a foot injury, the poems nevertheless reflect my love for the North, with all its myth and magic.
